At Babs Fashions, all our products are made to order just for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection or change of mind.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we're here to make it right! Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged or defective item
We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days and we'll send you the correct one right away.
